Axon runs a local gateway, a CLI and a control panel. It reads and writes files in its workspace, runs commands and fetches pages, and waits for your yes before any of it.
The gateway listens on 127.0.0.1 only. Keys, memory, jobs and run history stay in ~/.noira, and a local model through Ollama keeps every prompt on the machine.
